ensure they are qualified for your needs. |

Image Staffing Temporaries are insured and bonded. |

Image Staffing Inc. will make, as the employer, all
deductions required by local, state and federal law, including withholding
and social security taxes. |

Image Staffing will maintain the necessary Worker's
Compensation Insurance and will make all contributions to
State and Federal
Unemployment Compensation funds. |

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the
performance of an Image Staffing employee, you may, within the first four
hours of the assignment, request a replacement and you will not be billed
for those hours. |
